- Education: MA/MSc/BS (04 years), minimum 16 years education
- Age Limit: 28 years old as of May 1, 2022.

Law Officer:
- Education: LLB + 2 years experience

Psychologist Officer:
- Education: MSc Psychology

- Education: DVM or equivalent degree / MSc/Mphil in relevant field

Academic Criteria :
- A minimum yearly system score of 60% or 2.5 CGPA is required for science subjects, and a minimum score of 50% or 2.0 CGPA is needed for arts subjects.
- CGPA requirements for law and psychology are at least 2 out of 4, or 50%.
- There will only be one second division of Grade C and no third division of Grade D during the whole academic career (MA/MSc/BS).
- Candidates that have an MPhil, MS, or PhD will be given preference.
- Candidates must be graduates of HEC-recognized universities or HEC-recognized international institutions.
- Candidates must be matriculated through their MA, MSc, or BS programme as normal students.
- Private applicants are not permitted.
